Connection

I bought a new book called "Saving Missisippi". The book is about a girl named Emma that every holiday visits he grandmother, Dolly, at her animal sanctuary. Emma isn't allowed to have a pet, not even a small guinea pig. But then her grandmother buys her Missisippi, a beloved horse of an old friend Mr. Clipperbush, that has passed away! But suddenly Mr. Clipperbush's long-lost nephew wants Missisippi back and nothing can get on his way. This new book reminds me of a movie I saw were this girl's father dies and since her parents were divorced since she was 4, she goes to the village where her father used to live, with her grandma! Her father had a whole farm with chubby little piggies, funny looking cows, cute puppy dogs and agile horses! She, then starts to really bond with the animals when suddenly this mean government guy comes and wants to buy the farm. Since her grandmother doesn't have enough money to afford the farm she sells it to the government guy. But lucky for the girl one horse is left behind and the girl tries to train it so she can win a big horse ridding contest and buy the farm back. Both of the stories have to do with animals. Both of the girls want the animals while those mean guys want to buy the animals! This is how the stories are connected.
